The local mom and pop gun shop has a lot of interesting stuff. They accept brass from my stash and give me credit towards guns and accessories. There is a VZ-24 Czech Mauser on the rack that someone spent a bunch of money to sporterize. The rifle has a medium heavy weight barrel in .25/06 with a splendid blue job on the barrel, receiver, triggerguard and floorplate. It sits in a caramel colored robust Fajen walnut stock with nice checkering. The bolt has a low scope safety and a butterknife bolt handle. It has Weaver scope bases, Millett windage adjustable rings and a Bushnell 3-9x scope. Overall condition is like new and the asking price is $375. I wish I needed a .25/06. Someone is going to get a decent rifle for a great price. All the best...
Gil

At least he didn't bring this one home. Yet.

I'm looking around for a Mauser in .308 at the moment... but at the right price of course. I should get Gil to do the search for me.

dhc4ever,
A few years ago I got a lovely used Winchester model 70 in .25/06 so I am covered.

slimjim,
Over the last few months I have sold a few guns that I no longer wanted.

All the best...
Gil
