A little while ago I managed to acquire an M&P 40 Compact. Nice little beast. I think I may have found a carry piece for days a chubbier gun is appropriate. The Kahr K9 does well enough inside the waistband. Now to settle on a nice belt holster. Any suggestions? I took it out shooting only to find that it hit a wee bit to the left of where he sights pointed. The resident 'smithy at Gunnies straightened them out in short order. The only other thing I didn't care for was the flush fitting magazine didn't allow for too much control of fast double taps. The one with the "finger rest" (as they call it there at S&W) afforded a much better grip. So I gave them a call. They answered on the second ring, and offered to send out two finger rest floor plates at no charge. It is nice to see a company do what it can to make a great product a little better.
