I have a total of 3 winchesters, 1 pre-64 in a 30-30 lever action, and the other 2 are the model 70 coyote in .223wssm and .25wssm Looked nice, so I bought them. Wanted to have at least a couple of their last made in USA firearms.

To be perfectly honest with you, I haven't shot it yet. It's still on layaway at the store. Same with the .223wssm. From the reviews that I have read on it so far, it sounds like it will be a pretty good rifle. Not anything that another caliber couldn't do the same, but it's unique. If all rifles were the same, would there be a need for more than 1?

Now Bushy, he is from Canada and not trying to sell you on owning a 303 Enfield....yet.... Very Happy With a handle like 1895 you would think a 95 Winnie would be in the safe.

Not trying to sell anybody on anything. It was a tough old rifle, good all round for big game in the first couple hundred yards and since I can't see past 150, that's plenty, had a nice weight and heft and I brought down a couple of good size bull moose with it back in the day.

43 at present. Favorite gun/Rifle, the ones that shoot well, brand does not really bother me, I have Winchesters, Howa, Smith's, Desert Eagles, Springfields, Brownings, Ruger, but they all hit where I aim and that is what matters to me.

Just turned 50 in feb. I used to have quite a few guns but like I posted a while back, push came to shove the car taking a dump on me and you know the rest... I had a Beretta 96 .40s&w, 2 Daewoo's which one was a 9mm and the other was a .40. I had a Taurus 44mag. A Sako and a Savage .243. A Savage 7mm rem mag. An H&R Ultra 25-06. A Winchester mod. 100 .308. An SKS, An 8mm Mauser Which was original. A 6.5 Carcano. A .30 M-1 carbine. 2 Marlins, one a 30-30 the other a .35 Marlin. A Mossberg 500 12ga slug gun. And a Winchester 1300 12ga.

Now I only have my Charles Daly 12ga A Marlin mod. 60 .22. A .45 CVA Magbolt 150 muzzle loader and now my .357. I will buy more. Maybe not as many as I had but i will have more.

Will be 43 this summer. I have around 15 long guns but have owned many more over the years, in a variety of action types (bolt, semi, pump), makes (Ruger, Browning, Tikka, Savage, Remington, Beretta) & calibers (.17, .22. 223,.270, .280, 25-06, 7-08, 30-06). Overall I tend to favour bolt action Brownings for big game hunting, they have the same safety mechanism as my favourite scaggergun and just fit well. I have found them to be accurate & reliable. On saying that I took my new Tikka .223 (bolt action heavy barrel) to the range yesterday, it is showing great promise with regards to accuracy and also has one of the smoothest actions I have ever owner. Stay tuned.
