Good one!! Maybe even a background check might be enlightening, could even publish the names and addresses of those that fail. No No NO that would only work in NY.

Sometimes people need a little help, and I believe we should help them, but our system of Welfare is too easily abused, so like Ronald Reagan said : "Trust, but Verify".
