Ok, I know this is probably stepping on land mines but here is the question. I use the Point blank software.......a lot. I think it is the best going for what it does. What I want to know: is there any software out there that has taken all the load data from the various load manuals and put it all together? i.e. the Hornady, Speer, Nosler, etc data into one spot?
Sure would make life easier........but who said it would be easy!!

I'm putting all of the major MFG loads into the online load database we have here as we speak... it wouldnt be hard to incorperate that data into PointBlank Online, or to make it available for PointBlank v2.0

Thats going to be GREAT. My friends will appreciate it, then I can stop e-mailing them with load questions.

Just as an FYI the problem I'm having getting the new load data online is that its in a crazy format that I'm having to write custom tools to convert then insert into our database... its *mostly* done but I've noticed a couple bugs I'm cleaning up. I havent done a total count of how many loads we'll end up with but its alot.

Looks like we will have around 5,500 loads in the database! Just a few more bugs to work out

Hi DallanC
I am new to PointBlank. It is a great software; I begin to use it for my Smokeless Savage as a starting point.
It would be great to make all the load database available for PointBlank v2.0

I was contacted by the fine folks at Ramshot powder and they passed on their load information to me... its unfortunately in PDF format which kindof makes it a nightmare to convert... But I'll work on it from time to time and get'er added into the Dbase.
I feel its important to offer MANY THANKS to the really friendly people at Ramshot, they are great!

Gidday Dallan, mate you are a bloody champion. If it wasn't for the work you do on this magnificent website it most likely wouldn't exist....well certainly not in the form it is now.
Anyway, here is a link to the ADI website Handloaders Guide for you to get your head around.
www.adi-limited.com/ha...ers-guide/
Don't know if it is worth considering for your Handloading Software because they are aussie powders, however I believe they are marketed in the USA under another name.
Cheers, Vince

I believe the RCBS software has done that.
