Every month it's some new "pride month".

This months poster in the lobby is:

"GAY AND LESBIAN PRIDE MONTH"

Are you kidding me? WTH has this country become? We can't say the Pledge anymore, Have "in God we trust" anywhere, fly the Flag or anything that resembles American heritage or pride...

But every month some new and "fresh" PC correct idea comes down from the top from the room filled with book-smart skull's fulla mush proclaiming some bogus flavor of the month pride poster.

When are we going to have a full on American Pride Month? OH, right, sorry, that would be racist.

I swear I'm so glad my old man aint around to see this...the man would bust a seam.

Be right back...gonna go smash some stuff in the garage with the 5# long-handled plastic deadblow. Mad

There's an ad card in the NRA mag. On the back there's a pic of a young boy with his hand over his heart, an American flag behind him. I framed it with a tag line below it "IN GOD WE TRUST". The trifecta of un-PC.

Come try and take it off my desk..see if ya don't draw back a stump.

I feel like fist-fightin' today....I need Wiersy to drink me outta this and calm me down...

Stovie, I wouldnt dare try to take such a great picture off you, but I would find out where you got it so I could make a whole heap more for christmas prezzies around the office.. how un PC is that. Very Happy

Yeah, funny as hell, ever notice its only racist if your white?
You americans seem to have led the charge with the Afro american, latin american, native american, asian american (insert applicable society here), etc. Not to mention the black tv station etc.
As to gays and lesbians, I now subcribe to the live and let live philosophy, I really dont care if they get married, divorced etc as long as they dont try and convert me and dont try to get in my face about it. Now this is after 23 years in the armed forces which at the time operated under Rule #1 NO POOFTERS. So I have been programed to "dislike" them.
Well the wife has a job at a university and one of her workmates was gay and as butch as me, rode motorcycles (couldnt fix them for shit which is where I came in) and used to point out very attractive young ladies to me, so some of them arent so bad once you get to know them, around the same time the sister in law came out of the closet so once again what do you do (perv of course). There are still times my gaydar goes ballistic and the over whelming urge to punch it till it shuts up almost wins.

Whenever you get around to organising it and if it embraces all of the different groups that make up america these days it could hardly be called racist could it.

Just shut yer yap & get on with life is what I say to them, that way nobody will notice them & thus they wont be called out over whatever perceived "otherness" they practice.
I don't yell about my lifestyle, so why do they have to squeal on about theirs?
