I hear ya...both Bushy and Stovey.

We got it all sorted out in my house where my kids and our grandkids are concerned....one word from me...and they do as they please. Sad

....I can tell you stories that would curl ya hair. As you know, I'm a Justice of the Peace over here, and I spend a bit of time down at the local Police Station assisting with the occasional juvenile interview. I sometimes find it upsetting...and always frustrating.

I am still surprised his daughters got married, considering a Justice of the Peace in Queensland has the ability to issue search warrants, arrest warrants, psychiatric examination orders, and be part of the court and exercise powers to remand defendants in custody, grant bail, and adjourn court hearings.

Yeah...true mate...but I tell ya what...not nearly as much havoc as my daughters would unleash on me if I was to start screwing with their partners.

Although, I do remember taking one young fella to the range with me one afternoon. He had a bit of a reputation for being a stud (or thought he was), so I explained the way of the world to him, and Vince's Rules For Dating as I was blowing away cane toads at 25 metres with my S&W 586 in .357 Magnum. Oh yeah, and I was using 125gn full Magnum loads as well. Sorta got the message across. Very Happy
