5 posts all defending and supporting a politician and political party that has not only carved in stone its policies about guns but has in fact in acted them in the past.

Sorry some of us have to put up with varying degrees of "sensible" gun control from outright confiscation of firearms, prohibiting firearms making them nothing but paper weights in the gun safe, registration schemes costing billions of dollars, and in the end all there is is more restrictions on legal owners while the crime rate goes up.

The United States has seen a DROP in the crime rate at the same time while allowing a person to carry and defend themselves from criminals a right many in this world do not have because the same people pushing the "sensible" gun control want to let murders, and other scum who are committing crimes back out on the streets the same day to keep committing crime, while punishing a law abiding person protecting his family from one of these scum by throwing them in jail and throwing the way the key as ANY and ALL law abiding and legal gun owners are "minions of the Devil" in their eyes.

The likes of Obama and the rest of the Democrats will bring the same to the US in time. Wake up, smell the coffee and look around the world yourself to make a informed decision of what WILL happen in the US with them in power, I garrentee that it will.

Oh...Almost forgot, "factcheck" is a left leaning organization...

I couldn't care less what Obama SAYS about guns, look at his voting record. As has been noted on here before, he thinks the Second Amendment is about hunting which shows that A) He doesn't even understand what it's about or B) He doesn't CARE what it's about.

The economy isn't so great, you might may not like the war but I'll be damned if I'll vote for someone who doesn't trust/want me to be armed for my own defense!

Then again, as I'm a flip-flopper, I don't believe the government should punish innocent, law-abiding citizens because of what criminals do. That's kind of like a teacher punishing the whole class because one kid misbehaved!

I don't have to answer as to whether or not I'm voting for Obama, but I will. And I am. There are many more issues on which I agree with him. I, unlike my Daddy, who sent the link for this post to me, don't vote for someone based on a single issue.

And I'm not defending anyone, I just want the truth to be available to everyone. I'd venture to say that 90% of all political email forwards are untrue. In fact, I'd say that 90% of all email forwards period (of course I mean those that aren't in the joke/uplifting category) are untrue.

I don't want to argue about politics here. My only reason for even posting was to inform.

Tell me any media outlet that is not either left-leaning or right-leaning and I'll be glad to research anything for you and find out the TRUTH!

Not that is NOT where this will go. They will punish EVERYONE but the kid who misbehaved.

The kid (criminal) will be considered "special", given privileges the other students will never get if they misbehaved as its "different" because the bad student is disadvantaged/been abused/has a handicap while a normal student must be a certifiably insane maniac if they ever did similar even for defense of ones self.

As the bad student has a "right" to do what he does because of his "special situation" and everyone else who may try to stop them is only "hurting" the bad student, and therefor they are at fault.

I put up with this in school, as here its been in schools this way for a long time, and the Left-wing governments have started to do this over time more and more with criminals, Harper made mandatory sentences and they went up in arms that he is treating criminals unfairly.

Look at countries like the United Kingdom. They are living proof of what will happen if this type of thinking goes unchecked.

Honestly, I'm more of a Green Party kind of girl, but I hate to throw my vote away by voting Green party. Also, I really really liked Ron Paul a lot, can I still vote for him?

I do not believe he is on any ticket as of now I may be mistaken however.
