My buddy Russ and I spent I nice Saturday in one of our favorite prairiedog towns. We had a couple of kids along. Everyone had a fun shoot. Kids couldn't decide for sure which .223 they liked shooting the best. Pic is of my Winchester 1885 and Russ's Rock River Arms. They both did a fine job on the doggies. Smile

Excellent, I have my 22-250 itching to spend a Saturday popping chucks, maybe a yote. Send some of that sunshine, dry weather here for the weekends. Smile

Great looking firearms! Where's the bounty?

Most of the bounty is on video, but I did take a few stills of my grandson.
He made his first Pdog kills on this hunt. Though he really liked the RRA, all his kills were made with the Winchester.

Thanks Ominivision1, I will do that. Hopefully you will get a little sunshine this weekend. We've had very little of that. Smile

Nice rifles! Thanks for the reminder that I need to get out at least once more this year with my grandson. And since I got skunked on big game hunts in AZ (again) this year it looks like it's p-dogs and a little later on squirrels and cottontails and quail.
