AWESOME shooting Suz!!! I'll crack a couple beersin your honor this afternoon.
I'm going to have to print another target. I put up a target the middle of last week. 5 minutes later it started to rain. That poor target has seen rain 2 or 3 times a day since then, except for the one day I was too busy to shoot. Not much contrast to it now. That one will be too much of a challenge, for sure.
Again, Suz, NICE SHOOTING!

I actually got to the range today and sighted my rifle in at 50 yards.
I only had enough time to sight the rifle in because my brother was firer forming 6 rounds in a chamber we just cut in a 357 Maximum barrel. We recambered it to 35 - 30-30 (kind of like a 357 Herret without trimming it to 1.75. Keeping it the full length will provide a bit more powder space giving it more flexibility with loads.
I am going to try to get back to the range with one of those targets to see what I can do with it.
Nice shooting Suz!

Wow, that's some great shooting!!! Break, break. The off-hand/sitting target looks better than the sandbag/bench target. Are you sure they aren't mixed up?

Marty had a sharper pencil on the second target...
Very good, but like Vince said. .22 rimfire.

44Marty is the king!! HHhhhMMmm very consistant aim 44Marty! Yeah I agree with Vinny, a rimfire will do you in. You shot about as perfect as you can shoot! See girls, despite what you see around the toilet floor, they can aim when they want to! (even sitting)

And you women have sooo much better support when sitting...
Shhhhhhh. I didn't say that. This little guy on my left shoulder said that.

No, they aren't mixed up. It looked like it might start raining, so I hurried the first (bench) target. As I went on, I had to offset my aim down and to the left a bit because I wasn't waiting for the barrel to cool.
Then the clouds passed. I took plenty of time shooting offhand, timing the shots as the crosshairs came on target. Plenty of barrel cooling.
I want to try one or two of my .22 rifles for this challenge, but I need to pick up a decent scope for them first.
I am going to try this with a safety hammerless S&W at 30 feet just for laughs. An 1800's pocket pistol will be a real test. I'll probably have to admit defeat and move to half that distance.
I sure wish I still had my S&W model 39. I may blast one of these targets with the .44 one of these days, too, at 30 yards (if I can make out the little wedges at that distance).
That dartboard is FUN.

I think my .22LR pistol could do better thatn my rifles. I just don't have a scope to try it with.
