I was actually thinking her Ruger!! The full grown dog in the picture is named Bosco. It's an old chocolate powder kinda like the hersheys powder. She weighs in at about 72 pounds. The puppies parents were both just under 90 pounds, so she'll get quite a bit bigger than Bosco. I have no idea what she weighs now, but she shure is chunky!!

Now thats one very nice lookin' layer of Barker Eggs. I've always been rather fond of Laradors, but I've never seen a chocolate one before. Very nice.

What's a barker egg? LOL Anyway, the chocolate labs are pretty rare, and they usually demand quite a high premium over the blacks and yellows. I went over to the sporting goods store and looked at the puppies. People come there pretty much every weekend and sell dogs. There were a lot of black and yellow labs, but only one chocolate lab. She cost me $400, but is worth every penny. The other labs were $250-$300. There were also some golden retrievers, beagles, some little fuzzy punting dogs, and some really nice looking german shorthairs.

Lol, I get it. I have never heard it called that though. She's being taught to go outdoors at the edge of the woods.

That is going to be a biggin with a big square head, a real purty Lab.
I have owned a couple of blacks but I do like chocalate and gold about the best.

she is a fine looking lab.
name her after me.
then she'll love the woods and never come home before dark.
on the other hand dont name her after me you'll never find her in the dark.
one of the down falls i learned having a black lab/wolf mix cant see him at night or hear him for that matter.
did paint him with busted open paint balls once just to watch him run at night. soooo cool..
