So I was wondering what people put on their food ??
I go for salt and Tabasco sauce on pretty much everything.
What about you ??

Depends on what you're eating.
if you are doing a pasta dish its usually parmasean or chiffenod scallions
if its a salmon dish you use dill sauce and/or tobasco depending on how your cooking it.
pork gets either a fruit salsa mix or apples.
chicken can be a pineapple sauce with coconut rum, or a marsala with mushrooms.
Steaks are endless with toppers from a balsamic reduction, to cajun onion rings, teriyaki sause, worshet. , to dried tomato pesto mayo
White meat fish like: Cod Halibut etc. gets an red fennel aoli or citrus butter. or some kind of burre blanc or hollandaise
Ahi, Mako, Swordfish, get a lime type sauce that I am not sure how to spell so i wont even try. but its good. lime zest and juice along with a secret stuff.
salsa, guacamole, sourcream, chives, scallions; tartar sauce, sweet sour
or an almond butter, almonds, walnuts, fried tortilla strips or wonton strips
are other food finishers.
If you do dips, like a spinach artichoke crab dip you want to top it with parm and chiffenod spinach and basil.
Pizzas, oh god anything. too many to even list.
then you have the sandwich spreads, dried tomato mayo, haceinda mayo
dijon mustard of course.
some use sesame seeds as a condiment as well or wasabi paste or aoli.
we use alot of red pepper cajun aoli.
then you have 1000 island too.
so what food are you pertaining to Dimitri?

Well if it doesn't go with Tabasco sauce it generally goes with salt, fruits, veggies, meats, pizza, pasta, fish etc most things except salads actually.

All that and so much, much more. By adding whipped cream you have broadened the applications significantly.

Salt, pepper, Tabasco and garlic...Ketchup and mustard are used if you don't like the taste of something and you want to camouflage the taste. In their place I use mayo...

Gelan you are my kinda guy. I use almost no salt.
If you carry a plastic pill bottle full of dried, ground, red Thai Bird Peppers, in your left front pants pocket, does that count as a favorite spice? Naw, that is a staple...
Can I have some of that? No, no, no do not ask for that..... Oh, my God ...
