Well, I've tried beaver (four legged), muskrat, and squirrel. I've been told that lynx is quite yummy, so what the heck, meat's meat.

If I'da known you wanted to try possum I'da saved all those possums I trapped at my job last summer befor I retired. 50 of them. (Damned ughly critters).

Have a look at this link Happy camper. The possums we have in Australia may be a little different to what you guys have, but as Tracker says...meat is meat.

Heck I'd have no problem with it. I know that lots of Asian folks eat bugs - waterbugs, roaches, and even larvae. But over there theyre farmraised so to them they are not the "dirty critters" like we think of em. By the way, everyone I ever talked to says theyre delicious!
