Thanks for the recommendation, Elvis. Hope you are smiling again.

I’m with you Elvis, Nat saw it last week and agreed to accompany me as I wanted to see it - pretty good, not entirely accurate but a good old yarn. Love the part played by Mike Myers ...... who else could pull that off so well...

I hear you Vince...yes he was queer/Bi..yes he lived the hgih life for a time....but you cant deny the man could sing plurry well.
Elton John,George Micheal,Mick Jagger,David Bowie and many many others fall into same catagory.
as a teen we knew he had aids and it made the last music he made mean so much more...when you revisit the live aid show and see what he chose to sing.preform it really hits home.
the fact that the other band members had large part to play in production of movie ment it couldnt be twisted too far to slam the man etc which was my biggest fear when heard it was being made.
go see it mate and judge for yourself.

Reading the subject title I started thinking about Fred Bear and his amazing hunting trips with a bow...
and to be honnest: I prefer Fred Bear!
and maybe I'm getting very old now, but for music: what's wrong with a combination of rock&roll and country music?
