I hope all of you good folks have a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. It is sad to see the way our country is headed with students who graduate from high school and do not know who won WWII. I saw on Fox News last week where college students were asked who won the U.S. Civil War and the answers were Russia, China and other absurd responses. I blame teachers, parents, students and political correctness. Anyway, I digress. Enjoy the Holiday. All the best...
Gil

agree some teachers of today hardly earn that title, they teach about Hitlers carisma but not the holocaust and concentration camps, and as for what Japan did to our P.O.W.s that just isnt even mentioned anytime.I see ODrama just visited site of H bomb memorial...... it ended a war and saved goodness knows how many more lives than it took.

One more thing, how can schools appropriately teach the history of our wars and the fallen, if they cant even show a reference picture of a gun? Its crazy...!

That is just wrong in so many ways Gil...the education system has an awful lot to answer for with the lack of education kids are subjected to these days mate.

Just part of an agenda to deny our past in order to fundamentally change our future.
