Do you ignore it or smack it in the head?
What if he gave a war and no-one came? What does he do next?
Perhaps the state department just needs to whisper 2 words, "Glass carpark" and let him work it out for himself.
Obviously he hasn't kept up with the fact that the US has trashed the military of several similarly trained and equipped countries over the last 20 years and has become quite good at it.
At least to bomb this dick back to the stone age won't take much in the way of bombs. Fourth largest army in the world just means more targets, he really has no idea.
