I believe Federal Agents also swear an oath:
"I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."
If anything, they should either step aside and refuse an unlawful order, or help us to oppose that order. The excuse, "I was just being a good German." didn't work at Nuremberg and I was just following orders won't work in this case. I have to wonder if the agents that swarmed Waco and helped to kill seventy-six men, women and children ever lose sleep over it.
