Been waitin' for the herd of turkeys (about 50 head) to cross my property.
That close, huh...
Bores are improved cylinder and modified choke non selective trigger, but if you have a fast trigger finger it don't matter. BABOOM.

Yup. Pretty much.
You want some real fun hunting? Go after Mountain Quail. They can fly through the brush at ground level. I swear, they have ground hugging radar. Hunted them east of Stockton/Lodi.

Nice set up. Prefer it like that. No mistakes or issues. That is a nice shooter. Mosey over to a barley field somewhere and pick up some grey ghosts with it.

Agreeed. MQ are a tough hunt before first snow. Love the call. Gorgeous bird. I've missed a few. Yet to see one in the open. Some in LA and SBD mtns too.
