But the idea has a LOT of merit.
And a new sea would probably solve the sea level rises and the fallout would counter global warming.

I like it...although I think things would look a little more "balanced"if there was another kidney shaped lagoon to the West of the new ocean, starting at the Mediterranean and finishing up down in the South East at the new ocean. Very Happy
