Thanks Pumpkin I can always use ideas. I have some glow in the dark acrylic powder that we use in the lab to make retainers with. Suppose I could try some mixed into epoxy and see what happens. I was thinking of a turned lamp and just turn some spirals to be filled with the glow. The lamp light would charge the glow (a camera flash works well too) then when you turn the light off it would glow in the dark. You could use any wood, just make some decorative pattern in it and fill with the glow stuff.

I bought some glow powder..stuff all $...and mixed it with clear nail polish, great on bead of shottie and light switches around the house. put some on your torches too makes them easy to find at night on bedside table.
Ive seen a macrocarpa rough slab cut 4" thich as table top the bark shake and knot cavities were filled with resin with bullets and coins dropped into them, you could do the glow thing with a clear layer over top if you wanted to go really flash.

Wow that gives me more ideas to make money. I would love to make the counter top and table tops for bars.

They don't use the powdered radium to make the clocks. They use a compound that is not radioactive but absorbs UV and the blue light spectrum and then releases it at a lower frequency light over an extended period.
