For those of you who are not computer language savvy the letters and numbers from the EPROM (Erasable, Programmable, Read Only Memory) are hexadecimal values that tell the computer what to do and how to do it. Hexadecimal values are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F and are equivalent to 1, 2 , 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15. so 16 would be written X.10 or H10 with the preceding letter denoting that the notation is hex.
