My Beretta 391 Gold Silver Side 20Ga

But I do have a few memories in the box, my grandfather's guns, my first rifle, first shotgun, first pistol, rifle first deer, rifle son's first deer, etc. You can pull out a pile of memories with a gun, of a cold crisp morning when you were a teen and still had many miles to go.

My favorite shotgun (mostly for upland hunting) has been my Savage/Fox Model B (24" IC & M). Then....I got a Winchester 9410. I just can't leave this thing alone! I know it's limitations, but it's just the most fun thing to shoot that I've ever had.

Rem 1100's 20 & 28 ga field and sporting
Beretta AL390 & 3901 20ga
And my old 60's Charles daly SxS combo's both in 20 and 28 ga that i got from an former boss.
I still use them all every year, but it's that gosh darn O-RING in my Rem's that seem to only give me trouble at the most inopportune moments.....but their still my favorite. Very Happy

I don't know if anyone else does this, but my Remington 870 came with a rifle barrel for slugs. I added the 30" for waterfowl later. I once went out for rabbit and forgot to change barrels which left me hunting with a 20" slug barrel with a cylinder choke. I've never hunted so well. That little rascal is really manueverabe. With the rifle sights I'm right on the money. Now I also use it for grouse and sometime quail and don't feel it's lacking. Anyone else share this feeling? Best wishes.

Marlin 120. First big boy gun when I was 13. Have owned since my dad bought it for me in 1974, and it is the first thing I reach for when using a scattergun.

like Vince I only have one shotgun...CZ ringneck 12ga. such a sweet SXS for no more than they cost. the wood is excellent, fits me very well and swings like a dream.

been out in the duck pond with it and haven't had any problems knocking the widgeons and mallards out of the sky.

Originally wanted it in 20ga but the wood was way too good on the 12.

I've only got room in my gunsafe for one between the rifles. An old franchi 12 semi. A good shooter. A keeper.

Browning gold w 28 inch full choke. It is only slightly faster than the Winchester. Remington 1100 that I shot had a little longer LOP and the Browning is 13.5 which is a fit for this old crumudgeon.

Happy Days.
