I have a question for you guys.
Naturally, I'm voting for McCain.

BUT--when I watch the dems go at it, sometimes I root for hillary, and sometimes I root for Obama.

Lets just say that the worst case happens and a dem wins the Presidency.
Who would be better of two evils.

Hillary who seems a little more to the center of Obama, but is a slime bucket.

Or Obama, who seems more liberal, but would be a nice neighbor to live next to.

I'm serious on this one.

cant stand either" reaction. I'd be much more comfortable with Hillary as she has enough roots within the establishment to keep her more moderated in action and she will be more rational in her Iraq War changes.

To be honest I know just enough about the Dems to know that I don't want either in office. I don't really know enough to choose between them.

I will not pick any one of them. The democraps will and I'll have to deal with whom ever they pick. I have a major dislike and mistrust of both of them. I will keep hoping that a conservative wins. If a democrap wins...I'll deal with it then...But not until...

Obama is from Illinois. Better known as PRI (Peoples Republic of Illinois) Some of their gun laws are worse then the USSRofC. At least some counties in cali will issue CCW to some of it's residents. Obama can say what he wants...He is against you having any guns at all...

I was involved in Iron Range politics quite a bit, and Iron Range politics was considered rough and tumble.
Compared to the politics of today, we were a bunch of cupcakes.

As I see it 1895, it's way too long, and much too dirty.

Maybe if Obama and McCain go head to head, it will be a little more gentlemanly this time around.
They both seem to be relatively decent men.

Let me tell you what I know for a fact. Obama had the US flag and Arizona flag removed from the stage at the Arizona Veterans Coliseum during Super Bowl week before he would use the stage. He will not say the pledge of allegiance nor cover his heart when others say it.
Hilary, the gun grabber that she is, is at least an American, a full blown flaming liberal, but at least she is an American.
If I had to choose between them, it would have to be Hilary and then, of course, I would fight the battle to keep our guns. How the @#$#%^& Obama ever even got to be a senator is beyond me.
Either one will lead this country to ruin because neither one knows a damn thing about the strength of this country and what made it great or how to preserve it.
And NO! It is not about time we had a woman or a black president, this country is not about appeasing minorities, it's about keeping us strong and competitive, loose sight of that and we might as well all learn to speak Chinese, Russian, or Spanish.
But then what do I know I'm only a middle aged white guy that worked his entire adult life and paid way more taxes than most politicians or rich guys ever do, that never committed a crime, goes to church every Sunday, well almost, and will shortly be unemployed on a fixed income.
