Some of this is a self fullfilling prophecy. We buy more due to the fact or feeling it is scarce. Then the next guy has less to buy from so he he buys more and so on back to us buying more preemptivel ...

I seat primer fully on any method. Primer depth is a function of primer pocket depth. Never had crushed primer or accidental primer igniting.

The only FTF's I get are on .22 rimfire & 2 weeks ago o ...

I'm lucky in the regard that there is a store locally that has a nice selection of primers.

I also found that the local Academy has one brand each of LR primers and 209's.
